Exchange and Return Policy / Warranty (for contracts)
Warranty
- Return: Within 3 days from the date of signing the contract unless otherwise stated in the contract.
- Replacement: Within 7 days from the date of signing the contract unless otherwise stated in the contract.
The warranty does not include the following:-
- Replace any missing item.
- Product replacement if opened, installed or used in any way.
- Replace any part damaged due to misuse (see Misuse section for additional information).
- Replacing the product if it is linked to a personal account and is lost.
Misuse:-
- Damage to any part of the product
- Failure to follow the instructions for use and causing damage to the product
- Refusing to install the protection provided with the product and/or causing damage to the product
- Building materials or other materials falling onto the product and/or causing damage to the product
- Tampering with any part of the product and/or substituting it from another place
- Any addition to the product that is not provided by Giant Systems Company and/or causes damage to the product
The product is excluded from warranty in the following cases:-
- Tampering with the product
- Product maintenance by a person or store that is not affiliated with Giant Systems Company.
- Any breakage or damage to the product
- Any cut to any of the cables in the product
Exchange and Return Policy:
- Exchange and return is a guaranteed right for all our customers, and it includes all products and services we offer in our store.
- All products and services offered on our store are subject to the exchange and return policy in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth on this page.
- The product can be returned or exchanged if it is in the same condition as it was when installed and the above-mentioned exchange period does not exceed.
- Return within three (3) days and exchange within seven (7) days from the date of signing the contract.
- Please contact us via our Contact Us page or via our registered phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
- In the event of a replacement, please photograph the original copy of the contract and send it along with the payment receipt and/or order number so that we can contact you and replace the product with another product that performs similarly or better, if the product is damaged, defective, or has not been used as expected according to the product description and the order period does not exceed the period specified in the conditions above.
- In the event of a return, please photograph the original copy of the contract and send it with the payment receipt and/or order number, in order to contact us and refund the amount paid within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days, if the request time does not exceed the period specified in the conditions above.
- The customer will be fully refunded the product amount if the product he received is completely different from the product description in the agreed contract.
- We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the customer's use of the products that we did not mention in the agreed contract.
- 30% discount if the customer does not want the product and it has no defect or any significant problem.
After-sales service policy:
- The warranty is for two years and does not include electrical materials and accessories. The warranty is under the responsibility of the official agent.
- While requesting maintenance after 7 days from the installation completion date, there will be an additional fee payable starting from 100 riyals (not including the amount of spare parts)
- It is required that the customer provide the required equipment (screen, internet, owner presence, etc.) from the maintenance department before the installation date. Products can be requested if required.
- Installation is only approved after payment of 50% of the agreed contract value, and the full amount must be paid before installation begins.
- Maintenance requests can be submitted by contacting us via our Contact Us page or via our registered phone numbers. A copy of the contract must be provided to schedule an appointment.
- Maintenance appointments will be scheduled within a maximum of 14 business days.
- If you wish to change the appointment, you must notify the department at least one day in advance.
