Product Replacement and Return Policy / Warranty
Warranty-
- Returns: Within 3 days and the product is unopened.
- Exchange: Within 7 days and the product is unopened.
- Inspection: 2 years, does not include technician departure or shipping with shipping companies.
- (In the event of a battery defect, replacement is only permitted once during the warranty period, and this is considered misuse)
The warranty does not include the following-
- Installation or maintenance of the product at the customer's site
- Replace any missing item the customer loses.
- Replacement of any part damaged due to misuse (see Misuse section for additional information)
- Product replacement if the camera is linked to a personal account and lost
Misuse-
- Damage to any part of the product
- Failure to follow the instructions for use and causing damage to the product
- Failure to install the protection provided with the product and/or causing damage to the product
- Building materials or other materials falling on the solar panel and/or causing damage to the product
- Tampering with any part of the product and/or substituting it from another place
- Any addition to the product that is not provided by Giant Systems Company and/or causes damage to the product
The product is excluded from warranty in the following cases-
- Tampering with the product
- Product maintenance by a person or store that is not affiliated with Giant Systems Company.
- Any breakage or damage to the product
- Any cut to any of the cables in the product
Exchange and Return Policy-
- Exchange and return is a guaranteed right for all our customers, and it includes all the products we display in our store.
- All products displayed in our store are subject to the exchange and return policy in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on this page.
- The product can be returned or exchanged if it is in the same condition as when purchased and in its original packaging.
- Return within three (3) days and exchange within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
- Please contact us via our contact us page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
- Please photograph the product and send it along with the city, address, and order number to be replaced with another product if the product is damaged, has a specific defect, or is not used as agreed upon.
- The customer will be fully refunded if the product he received is completely different from the product description on the product page on our website.
- We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the customer's use of the products that we do not mention on the product page on our website.
- 30% discount if the customer does not want the product and it has no defect or any noticeable problem.
Important notes-
- Make sure to check the product immediately upon receipt.
- Keep the original invoice and original packaging.
- Do not operate the product if there is any doubt about its safety.
