Sales and After-Sales Service Policy

  • Returns : Allowed within 3 days of the purchase date, only if the product has not been opened or used.
  • Exchanges : Allowed within 7 days of the purchase date, only if the product has not been opened or used.
  • Warranty:
  1. Valid for 2 years, under the responsibility of the product’s official agent.
  2. If the customer requests delivery of the product for warranty service, an additional service fee is applicable.
  3. (Does not include electrical materials and accessories.)

Cameras:


  • If the installation includes extending and installing special cables, each camera comes with a 15-meter cable. Any extra cable is charged at 7 SAR per meter, including installation, accessories, and supplies.
  • Once installed, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. If the company agrees to a return or exchange, it will be at the current approved sale price of the new product.

Maintenance:


  • Free within 14 days of installation.
  • After 14 days, additional charges apply, and spare parts are not included.
  • Maintenance charges are based on the technician’s report.
  • Camera maintenance contracts are available for 600 SAR per year per group (4 cameras), including 6 on-demand visits.
  • Cable damage or breakage after system operation is the customer’s responsibility. The company is not obligated to replace or extend internal or external cables.
  • Any malfunction due to electrical issues is not covered by warranty.
  • Any malfunction from misuse (e.g., water, moisture, dust, power, breakage, tampering, etc.) is not covered by warranty.
  • The customer is informed of the password during installation. If forgotten and reset is requested after installation, a 250 SAR fee per product applies, taking 5 business days.

Security Systems, Smart Systems, Intercoms, and Audio Systems:


  • These systems do not include cable extension or the cables themselves — the customer is responsible for providing, installing, and preparing for product installation.
  • Installation is scheduled after 70% of the invoice total is paid.
  • The full invoice amount must be paid at least one day before installation.
  • If the customer wants the system connected to a smartphone, internet must be available before installation. If requested after installation, a 100 SAR fee applies.
  • A monitor for cameras must be provided by the customer before installation. If requested later, a 100 SAR fee applies.

Supervision Contract and Other Services:


  • The supervision contract is 5750 SAR for all agreed systems.
  • If received as a free gift or discounted, it is conditional upon installing all systems listed on the invoice.
  • If any system is canceled, the company can revert the invoice to the original price and charge the supervision contract fee.
  • The contract becomes active upon signing.
  • Any gifts or discounts are conditional on full invoice payment. If any system is canceled, the customer must pay the value of the gift and discount, even if unused.
  • Any agreement outside the official policy is valid for 15 days only from the invoice date unless explicitly written on the invoice.

How to Request Maintenance:


  • Request maintenance by sending a WhatsApp message to 920029910 including:
    • Name
    • Problem description
    • Invoice photo
    • Location (via map pin)
    • Maintenance fee transfer confirmation
  • Maintenance will be scheduled within 15 business days.
  • No appointments are confirmed without prior payment.

Supervisory Visits (Customer's Responsibility):


  • The customer must send reminder messages for the following scheduled visits:
    1. First: After invoice approval, to determine box locations
    2. Second: After box installation, to confirm placement and choose cable type
    3. Third: To ensure cable type and correct routing
    4. Fourth: Before final finishing, to confirm cable positions and ceiling details
    5. Fifth: To label and number cables

Contract Cancellation:


  • Special orders (based on custom designs or construction plans) cannot be canceled.
  • If no installation is requested within 15 days of invoice approval, the home is considered under construction.
  • A contract can be canceled within 3 days of agreement (contract/invoice/purchase order) with full refund.
  • If canceled after 15 days, the customer is charged 20% of the contract value, except for special orders.
  • If canceled after 15 days, the customer must pay:
    • 5750 SAR (Supervision Contract)
    • The cost of any received gifts, even if the contract was free.
  • Refunds are processed within 21 business days from cancellation approval.
  • If an invoice is sent, it is considered effective from the date of sending, unless the customer responds or objects.
